How did it all begin?

A movement built by young adults.

In 1967, a group of young adults decided that they wanted to express their faith in Yeshua without losing their Jewish identity. They began meeting together where they’d write music, encourage one another, and pray together. Many of these young adults went on to become leaders in today’s Messianic Jewish movement.

Today, the YMJA serves teens, college & career-aged young adults, and Messianic youth leaders & youth workers by providing a variety of events and opportunities throughout the year.

What we do

A year of ways to gather, serve, and lead.

We’re also thrilled to provide ways to get connected and volunteer throughout the year such as through our regional representative leadership training program, prayer team, Messiah Conference leadership team, and more.
